We had a problem with connecting a secondary domain/forrest which we could fix with this: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/mailbox-archiving-task-enable-mailbox-stucks But now, where we tested in deep we get this error: Event-ID 6940: Client request refused due to insufficient privileges, user DOMAINC\EVADMIN attempted to access the Archive: Archive name: Testuser Archivierung 4 Vault Id: 1ED7081A6CB2DF6479209EFA24573C7A31110000EVDU but does not have permission(s) (Delete). A frequent cause of this Warning is a user attempting an operation on a forwarded, moved, or copied shortcut to a Vault for which they do not have the required permission(s). Then also: Event ID 2776: An exception occurred in routine CArchivingAgent::GetDeletedItemFoldersList I looks like everything is functioning normal, but i do not want to get trouble when i´m start the productive use. It seems like, that the "extra"-EVADMIN of DOMAINC does not have enough privileges on the SQL-DBs. Any ideas about this? Solved! Go to Solution. They are getting "Your account does not have access to the vault containing this item" The itemes are in their own mailbox and they have automatic permission as granted for read, write and delete on their Archive If I select grant under the Manually Set check boxes, they can open the items no problem, removing the manually set stops them again. I have run a sync againon the mailbox archiving tasksbut no change. Anyone got any advice? Thanks Solved! Go to Solution.
