When I pull out the ckeaning rod on the right hand side there is a patch of magenta toner on it every time. I clean this off and the printouts are fine for a few pages. Then it happens again. One only has 10K prints on it and it super clean. I keep getting an error for door E which is that back panel. I have cleaned and checked it many times to no avail, a tech told me it is probably the sensor that is bad. Can't find a solution.I have a second CX11NF with close to 90K prints and it prints fine in any color but black. Black has blank streaks from the top of the page to the bottom. I tried all the normal fixes and nothing. Tech thought it was the fuser. I took every toner, the fuser and the photo conductor from the other machine and placed them all in this machine and same problem! I don't get it. I can't think of any other place that could cause this problem.I really like this printer - when it works. It is rather frustrating to have two bad ones so if anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
