Join Now I've all but given up on this myself, I just don't have the kind of background or training on OCS/OWA to get this to work on my own. Back in early http://www.networksteve.com/windows/topic.php/Not_able_to_login_to_office_communicator/?TopicId=61170&Posts=2 March, some of our certificates expired, so I was the one that renewed them and got them into the servers initally, but our long time server admin guy had to do some fine tweaking (as he was standing over my shoulder) and I didn't get it all quite right. Anyway, long story short, at the same time those certs expired, we lost our access to Communicator Web Access. Our network uses Exchange, OCS and the Polycom phones, https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/134392-communicator-web-access so everything is pretty well tied together. Second problem, that Server admin guy just resigned recently, and CWA isn't working. I've gotten the server to come up as far as getting it to display the login page, but when you click sign in, it just spins endlessly until it gives up and spits out an error, usually THIS error: Your session was ended. Communicator Web Access cannot sign in to the server. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.(Error code: 0-0-18100-2-0) The current setup utilizes a virtualized CWA server, and then there is one standard edition server, and two mediation servers. What would you check first, and how do you do it? I'm decent in getting around Windows Server 2008 (and R2) but you'll have to respond like I'm a complete newb. If you respond at all ;) Reply Subscribe RELATED TOPICS: Configure Web Access for Specific Users A table with web access..... Next, verify connectivity internally from the CWA site to the OCS. Then, check to make sure the OCS doesn't also need the cert(s) installed. Finally, check external connectivity once more. Doing thi

(Error code: 0-0-18100-2-0) Problem Statement: Certificate is using for authentication, if certificate is not there means authentication will not happen. System will generate above error 0 error message. Best Practices: Monitor the certificate date, and renew the certificate before 10 days of expiration to avoid expiration. Resolution: It is very simple to check certificate validity. You can open Communicator Web Access URL (CWA). There are many symptoms with different indication however issue will be similar. 1. When you enter the error 0 0 URL in address bar, you see below error. Error: There is a problem with this website's security certificate Error screenshot Once you continue, you will get the expected result. Note: If public certificate is not content private Key then you will see the below screen. 2. When certificate has problem then you will see red icon in IE address bar like below screenshot. 3. Last symptoms, is Certificate validity. Once you view certificate, you will see the validity. If you see certificate is expire then renew the certificate and assign to appropriate server. 5. Purchase or renew the certificate from internal CA. After importing certificate you must assign the appropriate certificate to internal and external (OWA) web server. Steps to assign the certificate: 1. Login to Web (CWA) server. 2. Go to Administrative tools and Open
