Techie Guy 1 Newly installed Exchange 2003 server in our network, The client computers with windows 7 http://ittechsolution.com/errors-0x8004011c-08004011-outlook-2010/ and MS outlook 2010. Outlook kept updating, showing connected to exchange server and were receiving the emails. Microsoft found that there is a bug in exchange 2013. On the Exchange server, open power shell and run this command.
