FUZE format: - bytes 0 to 3: "FUZE" - bytes 4 to 7: 01 00 00 00 (possibly version number) - bytes 8 to 11: length of lip data (zero if there's no lip data) - lip data (optional) - xwm file As you can see, there's not much to it.
