Fortunately, there's usually a helpful explanation online that shows you a good work-around.This video demos how to get past the "Error 1 - Operation Not Permitted" error that occurs when trying to unzip a zip file created at TourVista.com.The solution is to use Terminal, a built-in program on the Mac. Type "unzip" and drag/drop the zip file into the Terminal window. Press Enter.Your unzipped files will go to your user account folder which you can easily access using Finder. I've even moved some of the archives to different versions of OSX and Windows and nothing seems to be working. Can anyone shed light on this issue?ThanksStefan MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.1), 15" https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3789623?tstart=0 MBP, 11" MBA, Mini Lion Server Posted on Mar 8, 2012 11:09 AM I have this question too Close Q: Zip Archives won't unarchive...
