Excahgne 2007 SP1, Outlook 2003 users do not experiance any issues. ALL Outlook 2007 users have the following issues. Outlook error 1013 iphone 3gs anywhere works fine for all. - Unable to use Out Of Office (Getting Server unavailable error) - Unable to See Free/Busy information for all users ( Major Issue) - Some Outlook 2007 users

are being prompted repeatedly to sign into the Outlook anywhere server when launching the Outlook 2007 client. I have run the Test-OutlookWebServices and receive the following info back. Id : 1003 Type : Information Message : About to test AutoDiscover with the e-mail address Administrator@uhdc o.com. Id : 1007 Type : Information Message : Testing server fs-exch01.uhdco.com with the published name https://ow a.uhdco.com/ews/exchange.asmx & error 1013 cloudflare . Id : 1019 Type : Information Message : Found a valid AutoDiscover service connection point. The AutoDiscover URL on this object is https://owa.uhdco.com/autodiscover/autodiscove r.xml. Id : 1013 Type : Error Message : When contacting https://owa.uhdco.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml r eceived the error The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthor ized. Id : 1006 Type : Error Message : The Autodiscover service could not be contacted. I have looked thru other threads but the solutions don't seem to work for my scenario. A few suspicious things are that the Autodiscovery file has no real settings in it. I have been unable to determine what its contents should be. Also when running the "Test E-mail AutoConfiguration"it all fails as well. I have read about an "A" Record being required in DNS for this to work, however this i have not yet set up. Install it on your Exchange Server 2. Run it as Administrator 3. Browse to Wssv -> 1 -> Root -> Autodiscover 4. Dont delete it first, rename it to whatever… 5. Check Metabase Explorer and IIS Management to make sure your new Autodiscover Application is listed. 6. Can the problematic user access OOF and Free/Busy information successfully? To test whether Autodiscover can be contacted on client machine, we usually can exchange 2007 error perform the following steps. 1. While Outlook is running, hold down the CTRL key, right-click the Outlook icon in the notification area, and then select Test E-mail AutoConfiguration. 2. Verify that the correct e-mail address is in the box next to E-mail Address. 3. Clear the check boxes next to Use Guessmart and Secure Guessmart Authentication. 4. On the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration page, verify that the check box next to Use AutoDiscover is selected, and then click the Test button. 5. Then, please post the detail Result tab and Log tab information here to discuss. " Today i came to know that it is something with Autodiscover service. I have gone through a blog similiar to my one but there scenario is a bit different. That is in that blog there is problem in accesing https://webmail.abc.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml but i can access this URL with my USER ID.
