I removed it from the USB link only to look down at some error I can't remember anymore. Clicking on "ok" only made it worse. I now have a continuous message of "JVM error 105". It appears to be a corrupt os at this point. I've downloaded the OS from: http://www.blackberry.com/support/downloads/aws I have a blackberry 6280. I downloaded and https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21197174/Blackberry-jvm-error-105-os-reload-and-manual-sync.html ran the appropriate OS. It asks for blackberry 3.6 desktop as a prerequisite. This is where I'm stuck. As far as I can garner, I am supposed to now connect the Blackberry, open the desktop manager and do a "Manual Sync".
