it kept saying error so I thought I would be able to update it with my update error 102 mountain lion computer, but my computer software needed to be updated and when I went to update it it said error 102. Why can't I mac app store error 102 update my software? I tried updating my computer through apple's website and when I click the link a page pops up saying acess denied. I couldn't download the newest iTunes update or IOS 7 and there are a lot of discussions today about not being able to download. One poster said they had chatted with App Store support who confirmed the problem.
