Error 1030 Mysql
Login to Reply 6 replies to this topic Lou Harley Members #1 Lou Harley 11 posts Posted 23 January 2014 - 04:23 PM I have a XenDesktop 7.1 rollout with 2 StoreFront servers load balanced on a netscaler - url sf.domain.com - when i browse to this i can successfully launch desktops. When coming from the outside I receive the 1030 generic error. My error 1030 citrix access gateway session policy is pointing me to https://sf.domain.com/citrix/mystoreweb properly. I have the appropriate certificate installed/configured. I have ports 1494, 80, 443 & 2598 from my VIP for Access Gateway open to both DDC - what could I be missing here? STAs on StoreFront don't match the STAs on the NetScaler Gateway. Firewall is blocking TCP 1494 and TCP 2598 from the NetScaler SNIP (not the VIP) to every internal VDA. StoreFront did not recognize it as a Gateway connection and is giving out the internal IP of the VDA instead of the gateway address. You can look in the ICA file to make sure it's trying to use the Gateway:http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX115304 1316-347286-1794356 Back to top Lou Harley Members #3 Lou Harley 11 posts Posted 23 January 2014 - 05:04 PM Thanks for the reply - I was not aware that 2598 and 1494 needed to be open to all VDA's on the Win7 machines, they certainly aren't listening on those por

When desktop group is clicked, the desktop viewer starts, but then disconnects displaying a 1030 error:"The connection to 'mydesktop' failed with status 1030" Notes: https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/347286-the-connection-to-desktops-failed-with-status-1030/ This issue is not fixed by re-installing the Virtual Desktop Agent (VDA) software and is not seen with a new Operating System (OS) Image. On XenDesktop 7.x a black or grey screen is seen rather than an error message. Solution The data shows that the root cause of http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX133773 issue OS not being able to load the mfaphook64.dll/mfaphook64.dll, thereby disabling API hooking in the Image. The computer has a Group Policy that disabled 8dot3 Name Creation and this policy removes the legacy 8dot3 short name label for the folder location and the Virtual Desktop Agent installer adding the long-name which includes spaces.See the following for more information - Microsoft Technet - NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreationHKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation Complete one of the following Solutions to resolve the issue: Solution 1 Remove the full path from the AppInit_DLLs key.Caution! generic network error code indicating that the connection to your Citrix environment has failed. There is a very simple fix for this error code. The steps are as followed: Click on Start > Run Browse to CMD to http://adaptivesolutions.com/blog/2015/12/18/citrix-fix-failed-with-status-code-1030/ open the command prompt Type ipconfig/flushdns > enter Log on to Citrix again When you flush the DNS you are removing any old DNS entries on the target and the Delivery Controller. Basically you are clearing the DNS Cache. According to Citrix: The Cause of this problem is explained as “It was observed that the launch.ica file for the XenDesktop session appeared to contain a non-routable address, it was confirmed that the address belongs to a error 1030 secondary NIC on XenDesktop virtual machine that is used for streaming the image using Citrix Provisioning Services. This happened because the secondary NIC with a private address on the provisioned target machine was registered with the DNS server.” About the Author Latest PostsAbout Marissa SchultzCITRIX FIX: Failed with Status Code 1030 - December 18, 2015Filing Emails to FileSite - September 14, 2015FileSite Folder View Error - “There are no items to show in failed with status this view” - August 3, 2015 Related Network Support, Service Desk citrix, help desk Bookmark Previous Article 2016 Philadelphia Children's Alliance Bear Affair Next Article The Death of Windows Server 2003 and SQL 2005 - What’s your plan of attack?
