You say to use IOS36 to use the cIOS38_rev15 installer. Then you have them Trucha patch IOS36 at the last step. If IOS36 is used to install cIOS38_rev15 then you will either... 1) Get an error because IOS36 has not been exploited with the Trucha Bug yet (in this case Trucha Bug Restorer needs to be performed before the cIOS38_rev15 installer step). 2) It will install properly (in this case IOS36 has already been exploited and the last step would be unnecessary).
