I have tried turning my firewall off along with my virus protection, I have allowed the port number to be accepted through the firewall. I have repeatedly removed the instance and created a new one but this seems to do nothing. When I first downloaded and tried to install, I wasn't really sure on what I was doing. I may have messed up there. But I've Installed and Reinstalled countless numbers of times, and the same thing keeps happening. Any help? :( Please? If you forbid root to connect remotely, you will have access denied. What about using another mysql account?
