Mysql Error 1064 Insert
15Joined: 6:42pm, Tue 23 Jan, 2007 Top by jotazzu » 4:52am, Mon 29 Jan, 2007 This problem seems to occure if you use phplist v2.8.12 and MySQL 5. This version uses a column named 'repeat'. But MySQL 5 seems to use this as a syntax keyword or equivalent. The workaround is a patch in the file send_core.php beginning with line 170 to 230. In the update and in the insert query you have to add the table name in front of the reference to the repeat column. Because the table name is variable you have to modify the both sprintf() statements: Change column name repeat to %s.repeatAfter the format statement of the sprintf function the first parameter is the table name. Copy this parameter and add it as an additional parameter at the appropriate position to match with the added %s format specifier. Probably you need programming experience and knowledge of the printf function to do these changes. I have attached a modified version of send_core.php for v2.8.12. This will NOT work with other versions of phplist! (Sorry, attaching a file seems not to work.) jotazzu PL Master Posts: 183Joined: 6:31pm, Wed 13 Jul, 2005Location: Hamburg, Germany Top by TNCI01 » 10:38pm, We
