So the natural thing would go to the Event Viewer to see the error but then I got the error “Event Log Service is unavailable. Verify that the service is running.” Sure enough, the service was not running. So, I tried to start Windows Event Log service but I received the error: "Windows could not start the Windows Event Log service on Local Comoputer," and I am logged in as the domain Administrator. I then found this KB article from Microsoft – https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971256 I followed the steps and was then able to start Windows Event log and AOS then also started. Regarding the message 'Not enough storage .. process', I have noticed that error message in previous versions of Windows. But not in Windows 2008 series. In any case please refer to this KB article -http://support.microsoft.com/kb/225782 Regards, Harish Mohanbabu Long way to go before I sleep .. If your domain account password was changed or not. So set the properties of AX service as desribe below. 1) Right Click on your service and select properties window. 2) Go to the Logon Tab 3) Select This account on LogOn Tab 4) Enter your account in DomainName\Account 5) Then enter your Password and confirm password of account. 6) Now start the Dynamics AX service.
