I have a Cannon MP470. The printer stopped working. It is not In Control Panel - Printers. When I try to add the printer I get the message "Windows can't open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." When I try to restart the Print Spooler service I get the message "Windows could not start the Print Spooler service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."
