all. Running Snapshot with several 2TB drives.I've done restarts on the PC, lost power, etc. etc.....never any problems bringing error 1067 the process terminated unexpectedly openssh it back up to speed. Last weekend I noticed I wasn't seeing

any media on my client PCs. Went down to the server and my FlexRaid drive (the pooled, "fake" drive)
Windows Could Not Start The Sshd Service On Local Computer Error 1067
is not listed in My Computer.... Okay, no worries, lets check the FlexRaid GUI....Nothing. It says error accessing the Local Host :8080 (or whatever the number is) site. All of

the program files are still available, but I'm somewhat afraid to mess around in there. Of course I've done a few restarts just to confirm its not a Windows problem, but same results..Did something happen to the program? Was it pulled somehow? Did it just die on me?any help would be greatly appreciated.....I know I can probably just start from scratch, the openssh server service could not be started. the service did not report an error but I'm somewhat nervous going down that route and somehow messing up my data. THANKS! djsecrist: Sounds like the Flexraid service isn't running. See if you can start it manually from Services in Computer Management in the Control Panel. Brahim: @CarpeD1em500Which version were you running? It could be the case that that release expired. NLS: You have PM in case you missed it. CarpeD1em500: Hi - I took a look at Services and this is what i see:FlexRAID Disc Manager - StartedFlexRAID - not startedWhen I try to start FlexRaid I get: Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedlyIm not 100% sure of the version.,...I looked at my downloads for about 3 months ago and see FlexRaid 2.0 Preview 11 Setup...would that be correct? Is that version out of date?I didn't realize when a new version is released it will actually stop the old versions from functioning. Hmm. I'll continue to look around...I assume updating to Preview 12 (or whatever is current) should work fairly simply? Thanks for the help everyone. Also, NLS - I don't see a PM?? service I obtained this message:When I looked into the mysql-list archives I saw that the cause must be therelocation of the mysql files from the C: drive on the D: drive and thatthis https://qnalist.com/questions/4235946/error-1067-message-cause problem can be solved by editing the options "basedir" and "datadir" in%systemroot%\my.ini. I used c:\my.cnf. But here is the trick. W2K assumethat a file with the cnf extension is a "speed dial link", and in Explorerthese files have a SPECIAL BEHAVIOUR. When you look at this file'sproperties you DON'T SEE the extension even if you uncheck the "Hideextensions for known files types" checkbox in Explorer. I presumed that Iwrong named the file and error 1067 I added the cnf extension. This was a BIG mistakebecause now I haved a file named my.cnf.cnf. And I did not know that. So,mysql did not find the correct settings because he did not find c:\my.cnf.After I removed the cnf extension from the "spped dial" file, the MySqlservice started correctly.HTH \\\|/// \\ - - // ( @ @ ) -----oOOO----(_)----OOOo---- mysql asked Jan 10 2001 at 09:36 in Mysql-Win32 by Catalin Borcea Facebook Google+ system error 1067 Twitter 1 Answers Hi!Please, open the Readme file at the MySQL root directory andtake a look in the notes about the installation in a differentdirectory than the default c:\mysql.Regards,Miguel __ ___ ________ __ / |/ /_ __/ __/ __ \/ / http://www.mysql.com/ / /|_/ / // /\ \/ /_/ / /__ Miguel Solrzano /_/\_, /___/\___\_\___/ So Paulo, Brazil <___/ Development Team answered Jan 11 2001 at 03:45 by Miguel Angel =?iso-8859-1?Q?Solórzano?= Related Discussions Order By Char(2) Cause Stop Daemon in Mysql-win32Hi All.
