It appears that it has several dependent services (7 of them to be exact) and I'm having trouble pin-pointing the issue. It there a way I could just repair/restore the whole tree of services, killing the issue wherever it may be? Thanks in advance. Edit : I'm backtracking all the services. It seems that the BITS dependencies list just lists the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) twice. When checking the Remote Procedure Call's status, it is already started. This is making no sense to me now.
