I can't turn on error 1068 the dependency service or group failed to start netbackup my windows firewall, I open security center-firewall then "turn on" option but there opens a window writes: "Security Center can't turn on Windows Firewall" / error 1068 the dependency service or group failed to start iis "Turn on manually(with underline to hand click on it)" when i hand click it, opens a window named "Windows Firewall" then I go "turn windows firewall on or off(with underline hand click)" when i click this opens a window saying: "Windows Firewall http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/windows-7-firewall-1068-error-dependency-service/57beb9f6-eaf7-4267-b05e-abd0ef0927e3 settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running.Do you want to start the Windows Firewall service?" and i click yes but then opens a window saying: "Windows cannot start the windows Firewall.
