When I go to control panel-->Security center, it sais it is not running and I need to enable it. When I go to services.msc, and try to enable it and my (Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)) it gives me this error. Cannot do this action on this local machine. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start. I tryed going to registry making a new key, named Security Center and a new DWORD and changing the value to 1. This did not work. Then I tryed enabling all the services that needed that one to run. Everyone I could enable accept one process, which gave me another error 1717. Also under ALL my services, when I go to Properties--> the 4th tab "Dependancies" It gives me a Win32 e
