How to Flush DNS in Windows Using the Command Prompt Step 1 – Close all open web browsers and applications on your computer. Step 2 – Open the Windows command prompt by selecting the “Start” menu and then go all programs, accessories, then right click command and run as admin. Step 3 – At the command prompt, enter “ipconfig /flushdns” followed by pressing the “enter” key. After a moment, Windows will display a message similar to: “Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.” Once the message is displayed, the DNS will be flushed removing all incorrect entries. Then , we want to get the IP reset, so, lets renew its settings and see if this also helps out : you will type in the command box : ipconfig /release then enter, then next ipconfig /renew then enter, this will reset the IP , now restart and attempt to have it reconfigure its connections to your router. Post back results please. My System Specs You need to have JavaScript enabled so that you can use this ...
