Permission's on the server may not be set properly. Can you scan to anything else besides the server. If it scans sometimes but not others, then there is some kind of software issue. Is it a real server or a workstation being used as a "server"? If workstation software it only has a limited number of connections allowed to the computer. Once it is reached scanning is pretty https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1485187-kyocera-error-1102 much shutdown until a reboot. Also remembered if, if Carbonite is running on this machine it may need removed in order to work. If Carbonite cannot be removed scans will need to go to another computer. Ran into this yesterday. Customer was having intermittent scanning and the scan logs were showing it. By the time I got there it would not scan to that computer at all. Customer removed Carbonite and then it worked fine. It has a limit on connections set to 20, and Carbonite is not on this workstation at all. I will test scanning on another workstation to see if maybe it is a problem with the workstation, Thanks for the suggstions, 0 Jalapeno OP IanHern Mar 16, 2016 at 1:50 UTC Thanks Bill, I checked on what you suggested, but it turned out that the server was spitting out an error 2017 where it was not allocating the proper pooling resources. 0 Anaheim OP NBS Chris Sep 30, 2016 at 7:21 UTC Doing a quick read, did you try down level or UPN for the user name? 0 Text Quote Post |Replace Attachment Add link Text to display: Where should this link go?
