I have set up the SMTP and POP3 thru Command Center with the valid email account and password. If we try to scan to email, for any user we got error 1102. Only in case that user DeviceAdmin(2600) is logged the scan to email works perfect. Any ideas are welcomed! I have verified that they are correct. I have also compared the Address Book entry to the entries of those users that are not having a problem. I see nothing incorrect. They were all purchased at the same time (about 2 years ago). I have already checked for any programs that should not be installed on the computer, I have run Malwarebytes on the computer, and I have tried disabling the anti-virus software.
