We have a server which hosts the SQL server and the Database X installed on it. The size of the database when backedup is around 5 GB. 2. We have a backup server which has all the backed up files. 3. I've scheduled the backup using the SQL server agent (Scheduled in Sa user mode). 4. I've created a folder by name DB backup on the backup server and I've assigned access rights to it for administrator user. 5. I've mapped the DB backup folder as a network drive to the Server. 6. Now since DB backup folder acts as a drive in the actual server I scheduled the backup into that folder.
