issue. Click the World of Warcraft icon on the left side of the Battle.net App. Click the Options dropdown menu and select Show in Explorer. Double-click the World of Warcraft folder. If you're trying to access the PTR, double-click the World of Warcraft Public Test folder instead. Double-click the WTF folder.
