Does it mean the visitor can't connect to the server? If yes, I think it's normal you will get the above error. Internally, AJAX use XmlHttpRequest to request different resources in a similar way that the browser does. It requires connection to the server. And the status code 12029 means : ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT The attempt to connect to the server failed. 12007 ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED The server name could not be resolved.
