I see several posts regarding the Evo 4g LTE and a couple of references to the error but some posts are older and others don't have a definitive solution. The latest posts indicate this phone is now supported. Is this something that can be resolved on the forum or will it require a call into customer support? Thanks. 0 Comments njfulwider5 Posts: 7,778FreedomPop Newbie, FreedomPop Master, Test Role, FreedomPop Pro, FreedomFan, Android Master February 2015 #2 @stephen fetter /Make sure your connected to a good home wifi connection--connections like a library have to many security settings to allow a PRL/Profile update...also make sure when you look at your account online, you have Data/Text/Voice.if your wifi is a home network, try to reset the router and try again Please refrain from posting your phone's unique ESN / IMEI / MEID numbers. This is the point in time when you make the decision to either unroot so you can accept OTAs error 1233 or keep root and never make a firmware check again. The Prl and profile updates will not cause this. this is the firmware checking for the update.
