When I search the files on the disk I can't even find it. The game may only install on Windows XP and not on Vista. Most PC games have been set to this because it's something like Vista cannot support the files because they are too large. An overseas version wouldn't make a difference because: 1. The game may be in another language. 2. It's the same basic reason - it will not install on Vista. Your laptop could just not have enough RAM.
