However, the process stops and I see this error:Error 1305. Error reading from file: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW X.X\help\lvdaqmx.chm. Verify that the file exists and that you error 1305 can access it.What does this mean and how can I fix it? Solution: Error 1305 indicates that the installer cannot find an essential file at the given location. First, make sure that the path in the error message exists on your computer.If it does not exist create this error 1305 error directory and try the installation again. Another solution would be to copy the entire contents of the Driver Software Disk to the computers hard drive and try the installation from the hard drive. If the two steps aboveare not successful,this could indicate a problem with the Microsoft Installer (MSI) on the disk. The best course is to download the Driver Software from the Drivers Page.
