However, the process stops and I see this error:Error 1305. Error reading from file: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW X.X\help\lvdaqmx.chm. Verify that the file exists and that you error 1305 can access it.What does this mean and how can I fix it? Solution: Error 1305 indicates that the installer cannot find an essential file at the given location. First, make sure that the path in the error message exists on your computer.If it does not exist create this error 1305 error directory and try the installation again. Another solution would be to copy the entire contents of the Driver Software Disk to the computers hard drive and try the installation from the hard drive. If the two steps aboveare not successful,this could indicate a problem with the Microsoft Installer (MSI) on the disk. The best course is to download the Driver Software from the Drivers Page. Error reading from file (file name). Why this is happening This error may occur if: The QuickBooks Desktop CD is dirty. The CD drive is damaged. The QuickBooks Desktop CD is damaged. How to fix it Solution 1: Perform hard drive installation Insert the QuickBooks installation CD in the CD drive. The installation wizard opens, close it. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo+E. The Windows explorer opens. Double-click the CD drive. Copy the following folders and file: Right-click then select Copy. QBooks Support Third Party Setup.exe Create a new folder on your desktop. Right-click the empty space on your desktop then select New Folder. Open the new folder and paste all the files that you copied from step 4. Right-click then select Paste. Double-click the Setup.exe. The installation wizard opens. Follow the instructions to install QuickBooks Note: If the installation CD is damaged, you can contact us for CD replacement. Fees may apply.
