Thread Status: Not open for further replies. Advertisement phyljack1 Thread Starter Joined: Nov 9, 2002 Messages: 465 Trouble installing Office 2003 SP3. First error message was concerning a missing SKU011.CAB. I went on line and got the following instructions to solve this problem: Regedit (start menu -> run -> type regedit) Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode (E.g 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9). Select that directory. On the right side of the screen, right-click on CDCache. Change the value to 0. Then I tried to install it again. I got the following message: Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\PA561401.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. I couldn't find the file in C drive but that doesn't mean it isn't in there.
