The error dialog messages point a solution on the Autodesk site but it will not http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?16844-install-error-1327 resolve the problem. I have used this solution before and I can confirm that it works but it depends on the "scenario". In this "scenario", the user was on error 1327 Windows 7 x64 and had AutoCAD Architecture 2012. When you try to install Service Pack 1, you will encounter the following errors: The following shortcuts in the search were invalid and ignored: S:\Autodesk\FSE - Acad Standards & Templates\Plot Styles\Add-A-Plot Style Table Wizard.Ink Error 1327. Then "installation ended prematurely". Autodesk support gives solutions but does not explain how to perform them. Anyone know how to 1) make sure you have proper permission to use mapped drive, or 2) disconnect the mapped drive, or 3) use ms dos prompt to map the invalid drive to the temp folder? Also, autodesk says "this error references a mapped drive, but you have not yet specified any install drive." Thanks!
