Create it if it does not exist. Click Start > Run. Type cmd and click OK. Type subst [Driver Letter]: C:\temp and press Enter. Type exitand press Enter. Attempt to install Acrobat. Click Start > Run. Type cmd and click OK. Type subst /D [Driver Letter]: and press Enter. Note: This will remove the temporary association that was created previously. Type exit and press Enter. Solution 3: Create a new local administrator account.Log on to the computer using a local account and install the application(s). Log into a new local administrator account. I run into the same thing attempting to install the latest version using the https://forums.adobe.com/thread/737476 full installer.H: is mapped to a user folder on the network. The My Documents folder is pointed to "H:\My Documents" and is ONLINE. The Adobe help page says the error occurs if the drive is unavailable but it is not, I have full access.It mentions setting permissions on the folder for "Everyone" but this is the most insecure thing I have ever heard. These are user's directories on a Windows server, we cannot just set permissions to Everyone.Please advise.Thanks.
