Solution Go to Symantec Endpoint protection Manager, Then to the Admin Tab and then to the Install Packages tab: 1) Check the setting in the install packages under the client install settings, check the settings of install to a custom folder is not selected and has no path mentioned. It should be left to Default. 2) Or navigate to :- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows| CurrentVersion\ Explorer\User Shell Folders And can check if there is any value set on any registry to D drive and can change the same to default.
