Symptoms The error on the client installation is pointing to a mapped drive and prompting an on screen message saying that the " Error: "Error 1327. Invalid Drive..." when I install Symantec pcAnywhere 12.5 STEP1 Check the registry keys and change it if necessary Depending on your version of Windows, do one of the following: For Windows XP: Click Start > Run. For Windows 7/Vista: Click the Start button, and then click All Programs > Accessories > Run. In the Run dialog box, type the following text, and then click OK: regedit If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue. In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders Note the values in the Data field of each entry. If you find any entry for which the Data field is different, https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH103750.html you will need to edit that registry entry. Do one of the following depending your situation: If you see some registry entries with different Data, go to line 5. If all the registry entries have the same data, go to line 9. Right-click the entry for which the Data field is different, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, find the corresponding Data for that entry, and type it.
