Even if webrowse the CSV volume through windows explorer the error is same. Please help.. Thanks in advance.. For me, it was due to the fact that I did not have Active Directory installed on the server. Once I installed AD http://kb.monitorware.com/error-1352-sam-wrong-state-perform-the-security-operat-t317.html and made the box a Domain controller, the Kereberos key service started up fine.
