You mentioned that you're having problem installing it so I suggested that you run it in safe mode with networking so we would know if there are applications or antivirus blocking QuickBooks to install. I called Intuit and they told me to create a new admin user and try again. I created a new user and logged in as that user and it still won't install. Any suggestions?
