I keep getting Error 1402, which states that I don't have permission to modify a key that doesn't exist in RegEdit: \UNKNOWN\Components\Lots of numbers. Even Revo Pro can't uninstall it. I am trying to fix a problem with converting documents from Word. The process stalls because Acrobat can't error 1402 windows find its printer drivers. The suggested solution is to uninstall and reinstall. I can't do either.
