Verify that the values that correspond to user Shell Folders are set correctly and have a valid value. Navigate to Start > Run, type 'regedit.exe', and then click OK.Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders.On the right hand side, verify that the values are the same as the values in the following table. If each value matches the table, go to step 7.
