The network location listed in the error is unavailable. How to fix it Intuit recommends 4 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all 4 to resolve the issue. Solution 1: Install QuickBooks Desktop using the Admin user account Restart your computer. Use the Windows Admin username and password to sign in to your computer. Try to install QuickBooks desktop again. Solution 2: Install QuickBooks Desktop in selective startup mode Restart your computer in Selective Startup mode. Try to install QuickBooks again. Solution 3: Install QuickBooks Desktop using a new Windows user account Windows 10 Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Professional editions From the Start menu, choose Settings and click Accounts. Select Family & other people and choose Add someone else to this PC. Enter a username and password and click Next Windows 10 Enterprise edition From the Start menu, choose Settings and click Accounts. Select Other people and click Add someone else to this PC.
