I Googled it & carried out the instructions given (..Run....msiexec /unregister etc...) but the problem does not go away. When I try to install FSX I get error 1603 saying "consult install help (MSi.chm) or MSDN for help. I googled them & any help I get says for XP if I get the properties of the directory the program is in (C:\ this instance) I should click on the "SECURUTY" tab etc, BUT there is no such tab in my XP Home SP3. I tried to install FSX on my wife's older PC & it installed OK. Can anybody help me on this?
