Received new Shockwave. Downlaoded latest CM v9 software from AT&T website. CM v7 would not uninstall (error 1721) and CM v9 would not install (same error...presumably because CM v7 was still resident).Tried and failed: unregister/reregister Windows Installer service, downlaoded Windows Installer Hotfix, ran Windows Installer Repair Utility (no longer recommended by Microsoft), safe mode, local computer...yada, yada, yada.Solution: Plug new device into the computer and let it install whatever drivers it will. Open the Control Panel and select the Tru Install icon. Place
