I resolve the "Error 1722" problem? How do I resolve the "Error 1722" problem? This problem relates to the MSI installer from Microsoft; it is associated with either an outdated or corrupt Windows Installer or with permission for Windows Script Hosting (WSH). First of all, download the latest version of Ad-Aware from the Support Center or https://secure.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php and try to error 1722 the rpc server is unavailable reinstall. If you still get the 1722 error, update your MSI installer. For WINDOWS VISTA users: Update your installer by running your Windows Vista CD and repair your Operative System installation. For WINDOWS XP/2000 users: Updating Windows Installer 1. I am using Windows Server 2003 SP R2 and the program will not install also. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do or a workaround for this issue? I am also using an Admin account to install the program. Therefore, since Ad-Aware 2007 Pro is one of these I have tried error 1722 to repair and/or uninstall it. In this case, the repair/uninstall program halts at an Error 1722 and I would appreciate some help in restoring things to normal. Error window reads: Error 1722. Clicked 'Remove'; went to install Ad-Aware 2007 which ran smoothly! Bottom Line: All OK!
