Turns out I had some wrong version of qt5 installed and that was breaking things. For those having similar issues, I suggest running brew install cpp-ethereum with the --debug flag then reading the log right before the fail. Then make sure the relevant homebrew packages are installed AND linked. jooray commented Aug 25, 2015 brew install cpp-ethereum --with-gui ==> cmake -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE= -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE= -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/Cellar/cpp-ethereum/0.9.41 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_FIND_FRAMEWORK=LAST - ==> make Generating moc_InjectTransactions.cpp Generating moc_Whisper.cpp Generating moc_WhisperPeers.cpp [ 18%] Built target AlethZero_automoc make: *** [all] Error 2 Is this the same issue or a different one?
