Well now I have the cds to install Vista and all that other **** but when I try using the Recovery Wizard to restore to out of box state it starts copying files or whatever and then an error pops up that says. "Error:0A-0543-0000 File copy failed. Please press [OK] to turn off the computer" I also tried to wipe the harddrive clean but yet again another error. Somebody please help me. Hi, This is a tough one, really need some help. My little cousin's laptop is not booting up, model Toshiba Satellite A205-S5864. At first it showed boot error, I got the recovery disks, went though the recovery process. I even reformatted the Hard Drive. I am now getting this error, while using the Toshiba recovery Wizard.

Will not boot from HDD or Recovery Disk. I have error 20 the original Toshiba Recovery software, but it gives me a data deletion error with the code 20-FFFE-045D during the format process. Unit will also occasionally turn off for no apparent reason, suspecting PSU or HDD issues. Please advise.
