If the main reason you want that second cam is for video call, you should know that only “face time” will let you do video calls on an iphone4. (Programs like skype only let you do voice calls on the iphone) this means that the person that you want to video call will need an iPhone4 as well. And those calls can only be done when both of you are connected to a Wi-Fi connection. (A nokia or the first htc touch HD would do a better job. it can make real video call over 3G if you service provider has the option and skype on some nokia models do video calls) I don’t know what you call “GOOD app” becaus
