SSL Error 21 the proxy denied access to [STA Server ID] port 1494 Started by John Rehill , 14 February 2011 - 01:38 AM Login to Reply 8 replies to this topic Best Answer Nicholas Tucker , 18 March 2011 - 01:02 PM I have a different take on the SSL Error 21. It sounds like you have configured your CSG Wizard in direct mode, i.e. users browse to the certificate on the IIS site rather than the CSG. 'Externally it doesn't work. Have an external address NAT on a secure SSL port coming to my WI server IP. The users can authenicate against CSG and see list of apps. When trying to launch an app I get the following:'According to the NAT on the firewall, users are authenticating against WI and not CSG.However, I believe what you are trying to accomplish, is indirect mode in the CSG wizard. In other words, modify the NAT on the firewall to resolve to the IP of the CSG and not the WI.Let me know if that works. Go to the full post

PNAgent is pushlished in the WI server and they launch published apps from the internet. Users do not use the web interface. All the versions are at the latest. The following issue is related to internal and external users. Everything works as expected except when a user switches from one network connection to another. For example they are using a wired connection on their laptop at their desk and then take their laptop to a meeting and automatically connect to wireless without shutting down. When they try to launch an app they get the following error. If they close the Citrix client and reopen it then it works fine. Its like the client thinks its still on the other network connection. I have a few different versions of the client including the latest and they all experience this issue.Unable to launch your application. Contact you help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix Xe
