When I try to install or uninstall anything I am getting a Windows Installer error 2203. I have followed everything I could find on Google with no luck so far. I have even tried to upgrade Windows Installer to the latest version but I can't install it because the current Windows Installer went to S***. Any help would be greatly accepted. Those 3 failed because of the error 4. Checked my profile and the directories to ensure that in fact I do have full permissions 5. tried install/un-install in safe mode 6. Delete all temp files located on the OS Drive 7. Cleaned reg Here is the text from one of the errors. "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203." The odd thing is this happens when installing something or trying an un-install. 0 Poblano OP RLogan121 Oct 2, 2009 at 12:08 UTC Both the system account and myself have full control over all directo
