I ran into the same thing a while back trying to install flash player and I had to http://www.itninja.com/question/error-2753-the-file-install-exe-is-not-marked-for-installation weed the old flash entries out of the regitry to get it to work. this was the link I used then to help me solve my problem. http://www.eversity.nl/blog/2012/05/adobe-flash-player-install-error-2753-the-file-installax64-exe-is-not-marked-for-installation/ If you have one that works you should be able to compare the 2 registries to see the difference.
