(even when your icon files are in the right place). Solution: Assume you are using Flex Builder. First move your icon files out of your error 303 text message source directory (e.g. move to Desktop). Then drag your icon files into Flex Builder error 303 windows 7 and drop to your project directory. Do not simply copy icon files to your project directory using your operating system's copy kcferrordomaincfnetwork error 303 utility (Mac Finder or Windows explorer). Then I come back a few hours later and it works. Surely there is a better way - especially when last minute you get given new icons for a release asap. Marcos Lavorato May 31st, 2011 at 10:10 | #2 Reply | Quote Works very well here. I always got this problem using the Finder to cpy the icon files even using the refresh from Flash Builder. Thanks! Renato August 26th, 2011 at 09:19 | #3 Reply | Quote I simply removed src from the path, originally it looked like this: src/assets/72.png and changed it to: assets/72.png Name (required) E-Mail (will not be published) (required) Website Enter code left (change image) Sub

Error 303 for embedded icons in AIR apps If you are using the same icon file in your app.xml file in AIR and embedding it to set it dynamically at runtime (for example if you have several icons that you switch between) then you'll most http://www.alivelearn.net/?p=143 likely get the following error: Error creating AIR file: YourApp-app.xml(94): error 303: Icon assets/icon.png is missing from the package. The Copy non-embedded assets setting in compiler preferences doesn't help you here because you are embedding the icons in order to dynamically switch the application icon at runtime. The easiest workaround I found was to simply duplicate the icons I wanted to use in the app.xml file (e.g., https://ar.al/2205/ if my dynamic icon was called icon.png, I simply made a copy called icon-static.png). Crude, yes. Effective, yes :) Comments This error has a lot of possible reasons. I got it once when the icon size was not right and once when the images where embeded. Just as you said, I created another copy for the icons. One error message - two different causes. by Rodion Bykov on 2009-09-30 23:55:36 One other reason on Windows machines is that the path to your icons in yourapp-app.xml file does not match *exactly* the path of your files. In my case, I had a asset/Icons/appLogo-128.png in the xml file and on my system, the file was located under assets/icons/appLogo-128.png - notice the uppercase I in the xml file and lowercase i of i the icon directory. That makes this very strange since on Windows, the path is not case sensitive... by Breizo on 2011-01-02 04:55:43 Hi Aral, I'm having the same problem, but can't seem to fix it. Sometimes you will receive an error and you do not know the cause of this error. That's why most advanced GSM devices support extended errors. Instead of just displaying the "ERROR" message, it also shows an error number. The syntax of this extended error is either "+CMS ERROR: xxx" or "+CME ERROR: xxx". When the error starts with "+CME ERROR", it means that the error is a device specific error code. For instance, you are trying to read a phonebook entry before entering a pincode.
