I am using the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Access.Dao.NewPassword() method.It fails with the error https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2726928 3035 System Resource Exceeded. I have search the web for a long time and I cannot find anything about this error. I don't know what causes it or what resource is exceeded. I do not get the error on all computers I test on. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I am working on trying to reproduce the problem on a small scale. I wonder if it has something to do with the version of the Access 2010 Runtime engine. I have discovered that the web page where you download this runtime engine is actually an old version (not SP1). However, the page were you download SP1 is only the service pack.
